Confirmation of Transaction

If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment). Once credit card authorization is received, we will proceed the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your checkout will be cancelled. If choosing FPS/Payment/other transfer methods as payment method, we will proceed the shipment when we received your payment successfully.

Return & Refund Policy

In order to provide full customer satisfaction and ensure you enjoy shopping at the Quickie store, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, we will be happy to give you an exchange.Subjected to the product’s availability, we may give you another product at the same price or if the product will not be available in 4 weeks, you can request for a sales refund. In this case, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account and no processing charge will be imposed.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please call Quickie Customer Services at (852) 9457-4255 or contact us via WhatsApp with the same number. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product’s purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.

Proof of Purchase

The Quickie store will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you an receipt when your order is shipped.

Payment Methods

Credit Card
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use. At the time your order is placed, the Quickie Store obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.
The Quickie Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Payme / FPS / Other transfer methods
You may pay by using Payme / FPS or other transfer methods like WeChat Pay / Alipay. After placing the order in our webpage, you have to finish your payment to +852 9457 4255 within 2 working days.

Shipping Options

The Quickie store provides 2 convenient shipping options to ship our products to Hong Kong customers.

Hong Kong Local packet
This option is available for all orders without additional charge. Products will be shipped via Hong Kong Post to door or letter box depends on the parcel size within two to five business days after shipment.

Self Pick-Up
This option is available for all orders without additional charge. Customers can choose to pick-up their parcel in one of the self pick-up points point including SF service centre, SF Store, EF locker, and HK Post Office station.

Shipping Details

The estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include delivery time. Payment process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).

Payment process for orders placed during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday.

The Quickie store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on all our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable packaging and shipping charges. The Quickie store reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Quickie Store at any time.

Product Availability

The Quickie store makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated arrival date provided at checkout. The estimated arrival date does not including weekend and Hong Kong public holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, the Quickie store will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
